Chocolate Date Bites
Need to increase your protein intake and want a pick me up snack? 3 ingredient energy balls are the way to go and they don’t require baking. My favorite is Chocolate Date Bites and it only takes one to fill me up but you can find a lot of different varieties online.
Ingredients
1 1/2 cup oats
1 cup packed Medjool dates
2-3 tablespoons cocoa powder
Instructions

Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor or blender until a sticky dough forms.

Scoop and roll into 1 tablespoon sized balls.

Freeze for 15-20 minutes to firm up.

Keep in a sealed container in the fridge for up to a week.
