Easy ONE  Ingredient Fruit Ice Cream

You can either use one of the simple non-electric ice cream makers or your food processor. 

 

Step 1: Start by freezing your fruit in pieces small enough to fit down the chute. Freeze for at 

at least 7-8 hours. 

 

Step 2: Thaw your fruit for 7 - 10 minutes (until slightly softened), then insert into the chute and   

if using a food processor use the plunger as necessary. You can use more than one 

fruit at a time and if you want a creamier version use bananas. 

 

Enjoy satisfying your sweet tooth with a healthy dessert!
